The whole platform lives in your texts.

No app to download. No login. No training video. If you are a collegiate coach, athletic trainer, day of event staffer, or officiate, here's exactly what lands on your phone and what happens when you reply. Play it out below.

Sandbox mode · pre-loaded with a fictional Showcase Lacrosse event. Nothing here sends real texts or creates real records.

A weekend with Teddy

From first text to paid — every step is a text.

Here's the full arc of working one event, from your side of the screen. You never open an app. How you get booked depends on your role — then, once game day arrives, the experience is the same for everyone.

First, you get booked — and that part looks a little different by role.

For Officials
1–2 weeks out

Teddy asks for your availability

A week or two before the event, Teddy texts to ask when you can work. For each day, reply with one of four simple options.

Assignments

Your games are assigned

The assignor reviews everyone's availability and builds the schedule. Teddy sends your assignments and asks you to accept (1) or reject (2).

Confirmed

A calendar invite lands

Accept, and Teddy sends a calendar invite with everything you need — tap once to save it to your phone.

For Coaches, Athletic Trainers & Event Staff
Weeks–months out

A stipend opportunity opens

Teddy tells you about a new stipend opportunity and asks if you're interested. Say yes and your interest goes to the tournament director, who reviews it against the event's needs and may send you an offer to work.

The offer

An offer hits your phone

"You've been offered a stipend of $250 to work the Spring Showdown." Text 1 to accept, 2 to pass.

Confirmation nudge

A gentle follow-up

If you haven't accepted or declined in the portal yet, Teddy nudges you by text to lock it in — so nothing slips through.

1 week out

Your event reminder arrives

A week before, Teddy sends a reminder with your event details link — arrival time, location, schedule, and everything else in one place.

From here on, game day works the same for everyone.

7:30 AM, game day

Your check in link arrives

Right on time for your zone, Teddy sends your check in link. Tap it when you arrive, or just text CHECKIN.

End of day

Check out in one tap

A check out link arrives when your day wraps. Tap it, or text DONE — your hours log automatically.

Multi-day events

Check in and out each day

Working more than one day? Teddy prompts you to check in and out on every day you're scheduled for your stipend.

Last day

A 60-second survey

A handful of quick questions over text, mostly tapping a number 1–5. Your feedback actually shapes the next event.

Within 48 hrs of Approval

You get paid

Once the event operator approves, your stipend lands in your connected account through TD Pay within 48 hours.

That's the whole experience
